Di sini saya ingin menceritakan mengenai service air cond kereta perodua anda. bermula dari service di Perodua, di luar, dan juga part2 yang perlu ditukar untuk menservice aircond kereta Perodua kesyangan anda.
Bagi kos service air-cond kereta Viva anda, di perodua ialah RM130 sahaja, ia nya jauh lebih murah jika dibandingkan di workshop luar di mana boleh mencecah RM300. Pihak perodua akan membersihkan semua bahagian air-cond kereta anda, filter, dan akan menambah gar aircond R13A kereta anda. Jika cooling coil bermasalah, anda boleh menukar dengan cooling coil yang baru. (ada warranty its free).
Begitu juga dengan kereta myvi dan Alza anda, Haga untuk menukar atau kos utk menservice aircond kereta Perodua anda juga sama, RM130 sahaja. Sebagai langkah untuk memastikan aircond anda akan sentiasa bersih, cabin filter perlu ditambah di kereta anda. Ianya beharga RM25 sahaja. Ini untuk memastikan udara kotor dari luar dapat ditapis dan ia juga akan memanjangkan jangaka hayat aircond kereta anda.

Air-Cond Compressor Viva, Myvi and Alza
Kali ini saya ingin menceritakan mengenai air-cond compressor kereta Perodua. Bermula dengan kereta palig comel iaitu kereta Viva. Harga di Perodua Air-Cond compressor viva ialah RM500. Complaint yang diterima bagi kereta viva sangat jarang berlaku. Tetapi jika anda ada masalah dgn air-cond compressor viva anda, datang la ke Pusat Service Perouda yang terdekat untuk pemeriksaan. Ini kerana kadang kala bukan Air-cond compressor anda yang rosak, tetapi pekara lain seperti belting, dan lain2. tetapi jika rosak juga, Pihak Perodua sudi memberi yang baru kepada nada selagi kereta anda masih di dalam warranty dan anda mengikut terma dan syarat.
Bagi kerta Myvi pula, kes nye sama serperti perodua viva. Cuma harga nya lebih mahal iaintu RM650. Cara untuk mendapatkan warranty nya juga sama, hanya bawa ke pusat service Perodua.
Bagi kereta Alza, kes nye agak berat sedikit kerana harga nya juga mahal, RM750. Dan cara untuk mendapatkan warranty nya juga agak susah bg customer kerana anda perlu bawa ke Pusat Sevice Perodua dan Kemudia pihak Perodua akan mengenal Pasti masalah Air-cond Compressor kereta Alza anda dan mengeluarkan surat dan anda perlu pergi ke kedai Densa bg membaiki air-cond compressor alza anda.

Pekara ini ramai yang tidak mengetahui atas sebab cara penyebaran maklumat olh Pihak Perodua yang tidak efective bagi setiap service campaign. Adakah anda semua tahu apekah itu service campaign?

Complaint break gegar (vibrate)
masalah ini sering berlaku pada kereta viva baru terutamanya bagi model viva elite first model. Perkara ini disebabkan oleh 2 situasi.
Pertama disebabkan pin caliper pada brake hadpan anda yang longgar. ini berlaku ketika di jalan yg tidak rata. Pekara ini juga berlaku pada kereta Perodua Myvi yang lama iaitu model D73A & D96T, tidak pada mode myvi lagi power lagi best or lagi best (1.3 & 1.5) D54T. ini kerana model D54T ini telah ditambah baik dalam banyak aspek. Cara untuk mengatasi nya ialah meletakan silicon grease pada Pin caliper brake hadapan anda di kedua-dua belah kereta anda atau pun pergi kat kedai luar, beli pin caliper yg dah di modify untuk mengatasi masalah pin caliper ini.
Kedua disebabkan oleh disc hapadan brake kerata viva, myvi or alza anda. Pekara ini berlaku disebabkan disc anda telah bengkok atas sebab-sebab tertentu. semasa anda menekan pedal brake, brake pad anda akan menekan disc kereta anda dan apabila disc tidak rata, ia akan menyebabkan gegaran berlaku di situ disebabkan oleh permukaan disc anda yang tidak rata. Maslah ini boleh diatasi dengan 2 cara.:-
1. Skimming disc kereta viva, myvi, alza anda
2. Tukar disc brake hadapan yang baru.
Setakat ini pihak perodua hanya bagi Warranty untuk skimming disc dan menukarkan brake pad yang baru secara percuma kepada kerata perodua anda selagi anda mengikut terma dan syarat.

Maintenances cost and service cost for Perodua Viva
Every car must have is own period for maintenance & service. For Perodua car, the cost will not be the same because the raw material cause always change from time to time. It also applicable for all type of maintenance in every car.
For Perodua viva;
1. 1st service will cost in average:RM180. The part was including engine oil(3l SL), gear box oil (dextron 111 1.7l), oil filter, gasket.(not including service charges because for 1st-3rd service will get free service@ labor charges). For 1000km.
2. 2nd service will be less expensive because does not need to change gear box oil. The cost will be in RM120. For 5000km
3. 3rd service will cost rm200 because need to change spark plug for engine.For 10000km.
4. Normal service will cost RM230 because has service @ labor charges. For every 10000km
5. Major service will cost RM350 because will change engine oil, gear box oil, spark plug, radiator oil, brake oil and etc. For every 20000km.
Some of accessory wee need to change in 20000km was cabin filter( because it will give better air into our car during a/c on), battery terminal protector, and battery water. (to ensure log life battery for our car)

PERODUA VIVA AND HIS COMPETITOR
viva car has its own competitor with the class. characteristics of a car viva are:
1.prices: RM23k-RM42K
2.Engine Capacity: 660-1.0 cc
3.Type:FR car
4.Tyre:14 inches
5.Top Speed:170km/h
one of his challenger was NAZA PICANTO or NAZA SURIA. The prices is rm44.5k to rm46.5k. its engine capacity was 1.1cc. brand new from Korea.Top speed for this car was 170km/h. 0-100km/h was 15.1sec. If compared to viva 1.0, viva can go 0-100km/h in 13.5 sec, which mean more faster than naza. This happen because Naza car body was heavy than Perodua. if I use my VIVA, and my friend car NAZA PICANTO..I can fell VIVA was smother than PICANTO. but in comfort ability, PICANTO was better than VIVA. fuel consumption of VIVA much better than PICANTO because VIVA was 1.0 and PICANTO was 1.1. For me to travel 80km, i just need RM10 ron95 fuel. but picanto need RM13-15 to travel in 80km. For handling, PICANTO and VIVA will get pro and contra. VIVA is better in cornering but PICANTO was better in long journey.
Hyundai i10 also was one of the Challenger of PERODUA VIVA. Prices for HYUNDAI i10 is RM48,888. "A small luggage space extendable via the foldable rear seats and a 4-speed automatic. It chugs along via a 1.1 liter Epsilon family engine putting out 65.8 horsepower at 5,500rpm and 99.1Nm of torque at a lower than usual 2,800rpm.Safety features include a 4-star Euro NCAP body, dual SRS airbags and anti-lock brakes. In-car entertainment is an integrated 2-DIN audio CD player with MP3 and aux input support. The interior is rather monotonous and basic with endless fields of grey but there is a slight touch of “high-end” thanks to the dash-mounted shift lever instead of it being in the conventional position between the two front seats."-from paultan- In handling, i not compare yet about this i10 cars.
So, if u have more money just buy the proper car. I sugeest if u have RM50k, buy for PERODUA Myvi. If your budget was RM40K, go buy PERODUA VIVA. Its better and cheaper.

Lagi Power Lagi best, PERODUA myvi 1.3 & 1.5
In the fierce competition between the cars in Malaysia, Perodua has been put into the competition's greatest creations car in its class. rm42k to rm61k capital, you can have vehicles that have the characteristics of a great safety such as ABS, EBD, SRS and body structure that could prevent the fatal accident. Added lg with DVVT in engine technology, dual oxygen sensors & electric power steering, adding more powerful in its class. Too often we see greatness on the road, fast and easy to insert, adding to the interest of consumers to have it. With a sales target for the young, junior executive, and post-graduates, sporty design given to look more grand.
Additional double din radio with touch screen coupled with GPS to facilitate search direction to the destination I go, just take the memory card as you can update the maps on your GPS. Radio is also able create as a phone with Bluetooth. Added with games, DVD and usb which can play movie, music and video of the song on the radio.
To add more comfort, half bucket seat used to model 1.5, and leather seats for extreme 1:5 model.
All this is for convenience when driving.
When compared with the old myvi, there are many positive changes in the best of this myvi. Steering is lighter, more fuel efficient, more acceleration power and great speed which requires only 000-100 less than 10 seconds for this 1.5cc models.
Improvements we can see again is the tire stronger continental nature when compared to Tyre good year before.
If seen, after the launch of the lagi best model , even less, and this complaint showed that an issue has been reduced compared to the myvi before.

Masalah yang sering dihadapi kepada pengguna VIva yang baru beli kereta tahun 2011
Sebagai seorg pekerja Perodua di Service Center, setiap hari saya akan menerima complaint dari customer tentang kereta mereka. hari ini saya hanya nak cerita pasal kereta viva je..kereta perodua len, saya cerita kemudian.
Antara masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh pengguna viva ialah:
1.Bunyi Angin
2.Bau Asap kereta hadapan masuk ke dalam
3.Enjin begegar dgn kuat
4.Drive shaft berbunyi (walaupun kereta baru)
5.tingkap gegar bila drive sambil buka tingkap (tak percaya, cuba try buka tingkap separuh, lps tu drive la).
6.Radio x berfungsi dengan baik
7.Aligment lari
8.tayar belakang begegar
9.Clucth plate terbakar. (jarang berlaku)
10.air cond x sejuk (jarang berlaku)
11.yang paling teruk sekali, gear box bermasalah.
Banyak bukan, ada 9 complait yang saya sering terima dari pengguna Perodua VIVA.
Tapi anda jangan risau, selagi anda service mengikut jadual di PERODUA SERVICE CENTRE, semua pekara dia atas masih dalam warranty 3 thanu @ 100,000 KM (mana yang terdahulu) oleh pihak PERODUA, makna warranty ni maksudnya sebarang kos ditanggung oleh Perodua(FREE!!, xpayah keluar duit pun). event gear box dari jepun tu yang beharga rm18,oo0 termasuk torque converter. lagi klu anda ada EWP,Extended Warranty Period. mmg senang nak claim warranty kereta Perodua anda. Ynag penting anda jgn service di luar, Service la di Service Center Perodua.
anatara sebab-sebar masalah di atas berlaku disebabkan kerana:
1.Bunyi Angin: Air press(door visor, run door glass dan whether strip. (boleh tukar free kat Perodua Semua ni)
2.Bau asap:di sebabkan lubang di air ventilator di hadapn ada lubang utk circulation pengudarran dlm kereta, x blh tutp, klu tutup bau dlm kereta akan teperap.
3.enjin begegar dgn kuat: ini keran enjin 1000cc yg menggunakan DVVT memang begegar dgn kuat,NORMAl.(sbb tu viva laju). tp klu gegar enjin bertambah kuat compare dgn masa mula2 beli, dah pakai kereta dlm 2 thn ..makn nya kene tukar engine mounting..(free, klu dlm warranty lg) Harga 1 engine mounting dlm RM160. ada 3 engine mounting.
4.Drive shaft berbunyi (walaupun kereta baru): drive shaft rosak disebabkan vendor x qc betul2. pg je Perodua Service Centre, claim warranty.
5.tingkap gegar bila drive sambil buka tingkap (tak percaya, cuba try buka tingkap separuh, lps tu drive la):inner run door glass dan ada satu getah kat dlm pintu tercabut..kene gam betul2 bg elok. free je repair kt Perodua
6.Radio x berfungsi dengan baik: masalah dari vendor lg. pegi Perodua, dan repair..
7.Aligment lari: xde dalam warranty skrg ni..kene buar aligment sendiri.
8.tayar belakang begegar: rear brake hub LH and RH dan bearing kereta belakang rosak. Tukar Baru kat Perodua.
9.Clucth plate terbakar. (jarang berlaku): disebabkan cara drive kereta..lg2 masa bw kat cameron higland..mmg cepat haus cluth ni..saya pun x th kenapa clutch gear box manual perodua ni cepat terbakar..(saya suggest..beli la kereta Auto)
10.air cond x sejuk (jarang berlaku): ni tukar je aircond compressor baru kat Perodua..Fee

New Viva will release from Perodua
Hello, long time no update my blog ni. Because my work is busy in PERODUA .. tired .. hehe ..
Nowadays I work in PERODUA SERVICE CENTER IPOH 1, Jalan Kuala Kangsar. (Not Perouda Dealer). I have received information of a new Perodua Viva will be lunching end of this year. Nowadays I work in PERODUA SERVICE CENTER IPOH 1, Jalan Kuala Kangsar. (Not Perouda Dealer). I have received information of a new Perodua Viva will be lunching end of this year. Greater than before, most recently preceding it .. now viva exclusive. But, viva exclusive AIR no airbag and ABS .... just added leather seats ... better buy viva elite EZI, then add leather seats ..
